In February 2025, Planned Parenthood delayed calling 911 for 18-year-old Lexi Arguello, who developed a catastrophic complication during a second trimester abortion. Hours later, both Lexi and her 22-week baby were dead.

Since Lexi’s tragic death, this same clinic has injured 11 more women. Another late-term Planned Parenthood, just one hour away in Denver, has injured eight women. Not one has been investigated.

Colorado is one of the most radically pro-abortion states in America. It no longer requires abortion clinics to be licensed, inspected, or investigated. Operation Rescue had to take the county coroner to court just to get the unredacted copy of Lexi’s autopsy — which confirmed she died of abortion complications that began in an unregulated, late-term abortion clinic. Despite this clear evidence, Planned Parenthood was given a free pass. No investigation. No discipline. No consequences.

Colorado officials want to cover up the back-alley abortion operations their radical abortion policies have created, but Operation Rescue and a growing coalition of national and local groups in Colorado won’t let them. We are calling for justice for Lexi and her 22-week child, and we’re doing it on the public sidewalks in front of unregulated, unlicensed, late-term abortion clinics.

Join us for three days of outreach, activism, and education! Help us ask the question that Colorado legislatures, leaders, and officials are trying to bury with Lexi and her innocent child: How many is too many, Colorado?

The Planned Parenthood that took 18-year-old Lexi’s life is located right across the street from Colorado State University, where it can easily exploit and harm other young women.

As part of our three-day campaign, Justice for All will facilitate a campus outreach at Colorado State University directly after Friday’s #JusticeForLexi Rally.

IMPORTANT: To ensure everyone who plans to participate in the campus outreach is fully prepared, Justice for All is offering the interactive workshop, “Changing Hearts and Minds on Abortion,” on Thursday, August 27, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM (1220 University Avenue, Fort Collins). The training is free and there will be pizza!

Everyone joining the #JusticeForLexi campaign (even those not able to attend the campus outreach) is invited to this great training on how to engage in effective dialogue that will defend life and change minds.

For those who would like to join the campus outreach, but can’t make the in-person training, Justice for All offers an online option: CLICK HERE FOR ONLINE WORKSHOPS. (Please complete at least one of the three online sessions listed before the campus outreach on Friday!)
