Without action from the Kansas House compelling a reticent Attorney General’s office to enforce the law, evidence gathered by the former Attorney General Phill Kline in his 3-year investigation of abortionist George R. Tiller for committing illegal late-term abortions will surely be covered up.
A prosecution of the 30 criminal charges against Tiller, charges that were dismissed on dubious jurisdictional grounds, would allow the evidence to come out so that a jury could determine if the laws were indeed violated. Given Tiller’s financial support for Morrison’s political campaign and Morrison’s rabid support for abortion, you can bet that all of Kline’s evidence, including incriminating medical records and a witness statement from the abortionist that allegedly helped Tiller circumvent the laws, will never see the light of day.
Political corruption in Kansas has reached critical proportions, and it is the innocent babies that pay the price for this with their lives.
