As soon as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act was passed and signed, effectively denying Planned Parenthood any Medicaid reimbursements for one year, the abortion giant filed suit and secured a temporary injunction from a pro-abort judge that prevents the Department of Health and Human Services from enforcing the new law – at least, for the moment.

The Trump administration is, of course, fighting back and a hearing will be held today, July 18, to decide if the injunction can remain in place while litigation for the suit is ongoing.

‘Devastating Consequences’

In the lawsuit, Planned Parenthood – America’s number one abortion provider and profiteer – claims that refusing the organization Medicaid reimbursements will have “devastating consequences nationwide.”

Really? Devastating consequences? Besides the fact that Planned Parenthood could easily regain access to the Medicaid program for all other services if it were simply willing to separate out its abortion services, the abortion conglomerate willfully disregards the “devastating consequences” it has wreaked on others – namely, the mothers it has killed right alongside their innocent babies. 

However, Operation Rescue will never disregard these precious lives – mother or child. Planned Parenthood itself is a devastation, ceaselessly followed by a wake of dead children, dead mothers, and broken families. 

The Real Consequences

We remember the lives of Alexis Arguello and her 22-week baby.

In February 2025, 18-year-old Alexis “Lexi” Arguello died from a botched, late-term abortion committed by Planned Parenthood in Fort Collins, Colorado. Despite Lexi developing a serious and complex complication while aborting her 22-week baby, Planned Parenthood staff delayed emergency care, even reportedly requesting no lights and sirens. Lexi died at the hospital.

We remember the lives of Alyona Dixon and her 8-week baby.

In September 2022, 24-year-old Alyona Dixon developed sepsis four days after entering Planned Parenthood in Nevada for a chemical abortion that would destroy her baby at 8 weeks gestation. Planned Parenthood incessantly compares abortion pills to medications like Tylenol, downplaying the danger of these serious life-ending drugs. Alyona died in a Nevada emergency department from “complications from septic abortion.” Though her family sued the hospital that treated Alyona after she ingested the pills, the Planned Parenthood was never investigated for any liability. 

We remember the lives of Cree Erwin and her first-trimester baby.

In July 2016, 24-year-old Cree Erwin died four days after a botched first trimester abortion committed at Planned Parenthood in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Cree sustained a 4 cm uterine perforation during what was later proved to be an incomplete abortion. Baby parts were left inside Cree while internal hemorrhaging began. Cree, already a mother, succumbed to her injuries on her first son’s first birthday. 

We remember the lives of Tonya Reaves and her 16-week baby.

In July 2012, 24-year-old Tonya Reaves died after a harrowing botched abortion at a Planned Parenthood in the Chicago area. During the D&E abortion, Tonya’s uterus was perforated in two places but the Planned Parenthood abortionist, Mandy Glitter, failed to diagnose this complication – nor did she call 911. Instead, she performed two more abortions on Tonya over several hours. By the time Tonya was transported to a hospital and properly diagnosed it was too late. Tonya had been bleeding internally for between nine and eleven hours. She died on the operating table. At the time of her autopsy, Tonya had 1.5 litres of blood in her torn uterus.

No One Needs Planned Parenthood

Planned Parenthood may try to sweep these lives under the rug while it plays the victim, wasting taxpayer money in our American courts while demanding more taxpayer money to run its slaughterhouses, but America is waking up.

No one needs Planned Parenthood, but Planned Parenthood has certainly always needed us, the American taxpayers. It’s time to end the true “devastating consequences” and defund this so-called healthcare provider that recently celebrated committing over 400,000 abortions in just one year, and showed no remorse whatsoever for the mothers killed, maimed, and injured in the process.
