Yet another connection between Pres. Obama and late-term abortionist George Tiller
Washington, DC — Gold Star Mother Betty Pulliam, who lost a son in Viet Nam, now works to take the lives of other women’s sons and daughters at George Tiller late-term abortion mill in Wichita, Kansas. Yesterday, she breakfasted with President Obama and was honored in our nation’s capital as part of a Memorial Day observance.
This is yet another connection between Obama and late-term abortionist George Tiller. Obama’s new Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, had close connections with Tiller. Pulliam was among those who were honored by Sebelius at a party held in Tiller’s honor at the Kansas governor’s mansion.
Pulliam, at 83, volunteers her time at Tiller’s clinic on busy abortion days. She told the Wichita Eagle of her role as a Gold Star Mother, “You really don’t want to belong to this club because in order to belong to this club, you have to lose a child. So nobody wants to belong to it.”
“How ironic that Pulliam could make such a statement when she has dedicated a large portion of her life to insuring that other women lose their children to abortion. It is hypocrisy at best, and perhaps stems from some sick need to make sure that other women suffer as she has,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.
“Abortion, by its very nature, devalues human life. Pulliam’s work at Tiller’s abortion clinic, which specializes in particularly heinous late-term abortions on healthy, viable babies, is a major contributor to that devaluation. On a day when our country honored those who willingly sacrificed the precious gift of life for the sake of others, Pulliam’s work taking innocent lives through abortion dishonors their brave sacrifice.”
This post points out she might work at the clinic because she wants other women to suffer as she has. That has been pointed out by people that work with post-abortive women…like Dr. Theresa Burke’s book “Forbidden Grief”. In the book she details women who after their abortions pressured friends and sisters (or even worked in a clinic) making sure women had abortions to assuage their own grief over their own abortion. Betty probably has a lot of anger that HER son was taken from her so why should other women still have THEIR children…thus working in something as gruesome as a late term abortion clinic. Of course I’m just surmising but it makes a lot of sense.
That photo including late-term abortionist Tiller, and his pro-abort cheerleaders, will be one of the photos included in future history books;
the history books of tomorrow will teach our great-grandchildren about the abortion holocaust the same way today’s history books reveal the indentity and dirty deeds of the Nazis.
I have to say I just don’t get it. If this is the way things are now then I have to wonder where this world is going to. I’m frustrated beyond belief that things like this happen, that people like Sebelius continue to be advanced through the ranks.
Maybe there is no semblance of sanity left. I’m tired of my tax dollars being spent on this type of activity that is beneath contempt.
How incredibly sad! Why doesn’t Obama bring leading REAL doctors into the White House to honor them. How about the best research scientists who are continually discovering how to SAVE the lives of premature babies at increasingly earlier ages? Instead of honoring the best that the medical community has to offer, he has chosen to celebrate the worst – in terms of morality and the intelligence required.
That woman is delusional. Some day she will realize her wrong doings.
Her statement is indeed very sad. When the Dems talk about torturing terrorists, I often point out that if they are aginst that, then why would they be ok with the torture of babies in these “clinics?” Many don’t or can’t directly answer me and then offer some lame excuse. Others tell me there isn’t a comparison. It is strange to hear her talk about losing a son and then she aids tiller. I do agree with Pro-Informed. After my abortion, many years ago, deep down I knew it was wrong but then went with a friend (as a support) to tiller’s “clinic” so she could abort her baby. Again, I knew it was wrong, but I never talked her out of it. I was told by the “clinic” I went to that it was my right to have one abortion or five.
This woman is a pure worker for Satan. She loses a son in the military then aids other women in killing THEIR children. How sick can she be?
She’ll have a lot of explaining to do later on.

I want to thank Operation Rescue for the respectful and dignified way they have handled the death of George Tiller. Troy Newman’s statements reflect the feelings of the Christian people who value all life, from conception to death. Our Savior brings a message of peace, love and salvation. May each one find comfort from his own source of strength at this troubling hour of conflict and may those who love the Lord find renewed strength in His great Heart of wisdom and compassion which is available to all. I pray for our Pro-Life leaders to remain steadfast and faithful to the great calling which God has given them.
I am so heartbroken at this lady’s comments and President Obama’s choice to “honor” these people! I recently had a child who was born 2 months premature and watched him fight for life among the other little preemies in the NICU. There were many parents praying for their babies some born as early as 23 weeks!!! I don’t understand how some doctors fight so hard for our precious children while others feel the need to practice murder and pass it off as “helping” women with their right to choose. How is this helping women? I think women who go through this will have a lifetime of heartache and major depression. Instead of honoring these late term abortionists we should honor the doctors who protect our children and the women who choose to have a child even though they may not have wanted to get pregnant at the moment. We should honor the mothers who have children even though they are not married or financially set. God Bless the doctors who save lives and not end them!!!! Amen!!!!!
