Operation Rescue is releasing the photos to show the failure of regulatory agencies to protect the public; Calls for emergency inspections of all abortion clinics and massive reforms
Philadelphia, PA – District Attorney R. Seth Williams released a 281 page Grand Jury Report today that was the basis for murder charges against abortionist Kermit Gosnell and nine of his associates. Included in that report were photos of some of Gosnell’s victims.
We are posting copies of these images so that the full truth of the horrific nature of these crimes can be understood. In the report, the Grand Jury notes that several agencies and groups became aware of what has become known as Gosnell’s “shop of horrors” but did nothing.
Just the day after the death of Karnamaya Mongar, Gosnell had applied for membership to the National Abortion Federations, whose meager guidelines Gosnell could not meet. Even though an NAF staff person spent several days in Gosnell’s abortion mill noting numerous violations, they did not think to report him to the proper authorities.
The grand jury also had a stern rebuke for regulatory organizations who looked the other way, giving their stamp of approval on his criminal practices.
These people who saw the abuses yet stood idly by, or worse, encouraged the behavior that has now shocked the nation bear some responsibility for what happened in Philadelphia. In fact, they deserve criminal prosecution just as much as Gosnell and his cohorts because their silence not only enabled the crimes, but gave tacit consent to them.
Operation Rescue calls for massive reforms in the way abortionists and abortion clinics are handled by regulatory agencies nationwide. Kermit Gosnell’s shop of horrors is certainly not the only abortion mill of this kind in operation in America.
“Operation Rescue calls for immediate emergency inspections of every abortion clinic in the nation. We have often said that if this were to ever happen, no abortion clinic would remain in operation because we have yet to discover one that adheres to all the laws that apply to them. There is no doubt that proper enforcement of the laws already in place would save the lives of women like Mrs. Mongar and babies such as the ones whose tragic images we have posted on our web site,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.
“As the 38th memorial of Roe v. Wade approaches, it is time for Americans to consider the horrors of abortion and demand that government abolish this barbaric practice forever.”

This is probably the sickest, vilest atrocity that I can think of. My 10-year-old son was born at 30 weeks and spent a month in NICU. God forgive our country.

I am terribly saddened and praying for this to be reversed completely in our courts. How can any Justice or person purport to be reasonable and be in favor of destroying the most helpless human beings on our planet in favor of secondary rights? The nation rightly grieved over the mayhem in Tuscon this past week. To me, this systematic killing is far worse. Did these babies get a decent burial? Where are all mourners and sidewalk memorials for these innocent ones? By the silence of the pro-abortion crowd, I guess they condone these atrocities. Thank you District Attorney Seth Williams for bringing this man and his accomplices to justice.
The trouble is, even if these pictures are broadcast in the general media and links are sent to public officials, etc., many people will just say, “Well, what he was doing was illegal and now he’s going to jail.” Many people won’t associate these atrocities with legal abortion in general. The media’s coverage of this story is refreshing, yes, but I wonder if it is merely reinforcing the idea that *this particular* abortionist is a murderer and *this particular* clinic was a terrible place. I think what needs to happen is that Operation Rescue and other like-minded groups need to push for immediate inspections of all clinics, investigations into the various state agencies that should have shut this clinic down long ago, and a relentless media campaign highlighting the failure of the National Abortion Federation (who inspected this clinic and refused to grant it membership in their organization, yet apparently failed to report anything to the authorities) to protect women from this monster.
Oh, and I have to say, with regard to the Truth Truck… I respect the idea of making these images public for adults to view, but I resent having graphic images foisted upon my young, innocent children without my consent as a parent. I am a strong pro-life advocate, but I think parents have the right to determine when and how to teach their children about abortion. I don’t really want to have that conversation with my baby-adoring 6-year-old after he’s been bombarded with images of tortured babies that I did not approve of him seeing in the first place. We need to be compassionate in our approach, which includes telling the truth but also protecting the innocence of all children (whom we claim to care about, otherwise we wouldn’t be pro-life). I am very, very strongly opposed to presenting images such as these without parental consent. It’s almost happened to our family (luckily I was able to distract my young son), and I was very angered by it. And no, he doesn’t “see bad stuff on TV, in the movies, etc., anyway”. We don’t allow that, either.
So much for “safe and legal” which this clinic clearly demonstrates they are NEITHER. Makes one wonder about all of the other abortion mills and the culture of looking the other way. God have mercy on our nation. Hail Mary, full of grace.

Durning one of our courses in the Old Testament our lecturer quoted/told us that towards the end times there would be SACRIFICIES OF CHILDREN. I cryed my eyes out for all the innocent baby’s that had to die by these horrible acts of cruelty. To think how a little boy or girl or GOD forbid both are growing peacfully in their mothers womb waiting for the day they would to welcomed into their mothers arms to be loved & cherished,only to be viciously ripped out & massacred by evil heartless people.I thank GOD my mom was a real mom & loved me before I was born no matter her circumstance. The blood is in her skirts the blood of the innocent.Being made in the image & likeness of GOD I know if I feel so sorrowful about these horrific crimes how much more does GOD feel.One of days these heartless people will stand before GOD to be judged & their day will surely come. I cry & will continue to cry for those who can’t & pray that the poisoness lies hidden in the darkness will be revealed in the light. More people need to know & show others so this innocent blood shed can be prevented.
How is a man like this walking amongst us? How does he and his staff reconcile this in their hearts? Obviously, they have no heart. I cried out loud when I saw these pictures. This is evil pure and simple. When did murder become preferred over adoption? How did this go unnoticed? Or maybe he prefers having scissors driven into his neck for the purpose of severing his spinal cord. Let’s see how he likes the feeling of suffocation. May God bring such wrath upon him that he prays for a quick death, but does not get one. I have never held so much hatred in my heart. May God hold the souls of those babies close and tight. And I wish the same for the mothers and fathers of the countless babies murdered by them. You should be ashamed of yourself and I pray that you burn in the fire of hell for eternity. We should force all insisting on using abortion as a means of birth control, to watch a video of an abortion. Let the parents se how these tiny babies fight to get away from the scalpels used to severe there tiny limbs. Let them see how a fetus screams in pain as they are cut into pieces and ripped out of the womb. Let them see how that baby holds the boo boo intentional inflicted by the hand of a person who has sworn to do no harm. Let them see this and then see if they can reconcile those images. The good news is that as science progresses, pro-life advocates can turn to science (i.e, increasingly widespread use of 3D ultrasound technology, ability of surgeons to perform surgery in the womb, etc.) to strengthen their arguments.

I cannot believe that we have lowered ourselves to the point we use abortion as control for births. It is so sad. So many that would give them homes if they would just carry them to term. Once you have conceived as far as I am concerned your body is not yours to command. It belongs to that child that you are carrying. I have three children and 4 grandchildren and would never have considered abortion. It is straight out murder because the heart is the first thing to start. God gave us all a precious gift when he gave us children. May he touch the heart of ones that would consider it and give them the courage and desire to carry them to term whether they keep them or adopt them out. At least give them a chance to live their lives.

Why haven’t more people paid attention to the fact that abortion is killing a person? The pro-choice people kept calling a baby a fetus which means “little one.” But evil has a way of masking the truth. Women are told it is just a blob. When the pro-life supporters tried so very hard to at least stop the late-term horrific abortions where the baby is half born to kill it people were still not listening. I have been picketing for more than 20 years. At each of the abortion mills in central New Jersey and Princeton area where I have pickited, there are many, many couples going in having abortions. It is extremely sad for the pro-life people as they know expectant mothers can get help at many of the pro-life offices that give free pregnancy testing, free counseling with help, all free. We need to pray to God for forgiveness and help that we didn’t do or don’t do more to stop this horror. It is a fact, the babies life starts at conception. So embyro testing is not right either and ethical scientists are proving that they are too weak to help anyone and they even cause tumors and other problems, but adult stem cells which do not injure anyone as well as the umbelical cord and placenta and amoniotic fluids which are thrown out after the birth of a baby can be used for cures. Many cures are being made from these but not from unethical killing of embyros.
As a Catholic we believe in prison for life in serious crimes but not killing anyone or harming them. They need time to ask God for forgiveness and to do good by their confession and witness to stop abortions. Mothers are forgiven and given free counseling and the Catholic Church provides this through a program called Rachel Vinyard. “Now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aide of their country!” Please God forgive us and help youth wait for marraige and accept the children God wants to give them. For others adoption is the solution.

Lets not forget the 107 charges pending in Kansas against planned parenethood by Phill Klines investigation.
We also need to monitor the ethics trial of Phill Kline former Attorney General of Kansas, he did in Kansas what they should have done in Penn. with Kemit Gosnell, Investigate complaints instead of turn a blind eye to them. It is unfortunate that Kline was undermined by others in government who are pro abortion and sought to derail his investigation.

As a teen i was told what i was carrying was not a baby but a blob. I have spent 35 yrs greaving for the life i took. mothers, teens are not made aware, or at least i was not, that what i was carrying was a child. Im in no way a religious man. I am adopted and believe every child deserves a chance though I actually know of two females who went to him and can no longer have children (which was their fault for not spending an extra 100 dollars to go to an actual doctor) but those pictures just sent a chill up my spine they should put them on the news and hopefully women will change their opinion of the abortion process…that is appalling and I pray all of his former employees as well as the dept of health are charged and spend a long time incarcerated. This man is discusting and so are the people who worked with him.This 15yr old, I think that he should be tried differently, because as a 15yr old. If you have a “DR” say, do you want to learn, hey how about you try. He is a child and may know that its not ok to do it, but if you have an adult saying, no its ok. I cried out to God when I saw the photos of the dead baabies! Why? How evil! I gave birth to my precious daughter 11 years ago at 32 weeks. She has been a blessing in our lives from the day she was born. I thank God for her everyday. I do not understand how anyone could possibly kill an innocent baby? This is the most horrible crime going on in America! My husband and I would have adopted any of those babies, and given the baby a loving Christian home. Mt heart just breaks for the babies! My babies who were born premature are just as healthy and vibrant as my baby born at full term. These babies had a right to live and that doctor and the others who murdered them should rot in hell, along with the pregnant women who allowed someone to kill their own child. They had adoption as choice rather than abortion if they did not want their child. I can’t imagine my life without my children and I can’t begin to tell anyone how much joy they bring me. Pro-choice sounds so innocent. What it means is women in the U.S. have been “given” the freedom by law to have their unborn children murdered or not murdered. Nature placed the unborn inside of a woman’s body for protection. To invade that protection takes away the freedom of the unborn to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”. Once conception takes place a woman no longer has the freedom to choose. It’s too late.
The choice belongs to the woman before conception, not after. This is the choice women should have fought for. They were derailed and brainwashed by those who saw how they could make money, lots of it, just by doing the easy thing (legal murder)and not by doing the right, ethical or moral thing. Biology clearly shows that once conception has taken place, the result is no longer the woman, but a separate being that has begun to grow in a place that is to be protected, especially by the woman. It never ceases to amaze me how the illogical and incorrect and guilty can be twisted so as to sound logical and correct and innocent. Murder by any other name (forced abortion) is still the taking of a life.
