Washington, DC – One courageous Republican Senator has blocked the confirmation of Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius to the post of Secretary of Health and Human Services. This action has postponed her confirmation vote for at least two weeks, until after Congress’ Easter recess.
While Sebelius was not questioned about her extremist abortion policies, concerns have been raised about them and about her $8,000 tax “error” that surfaced last week.
“This is good news and means we have two more weeks to put the pressure on our Senators,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “We especially encourage people to voice their concerns about Sebelius to Kansas Senators Pat Roberts and Sam Brownback, who have a huge ability to spark opposition to Sebelius. Their support thus far for Sebelius has been of great concern to us. Now they have been given a second chance to do the right thing.”

She is a gross old lady who needs to step down from public ahem, “service”. Not only does she allow unsafe conditions in clinics and allows women to be manipulated and coerced but in keeping with other Obama cronies she doesn’t seem to think that SHE need pay taxes. I just paid mine and let me tell you what a big chunk of MY MONEY they took from my husband and I this year. My husband works two jobs and I myself work 50 hours a week driving old cars, just hoping for the day we can buy a house and have a couple more kids and the money to take care of them. Yet WE pay our taxes…Kathleen Sebelious and all others like her make me sick. Who does she think she is? She is an elitist snob!
The only comfort I have is that one day her knee will bow right alongside Pelosi and Obama and they will acknowledge Christ is Lord and that HE is the giver of life. NOT THEM!!!!! And I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes on judgement day for all the money in the world!
She is greedy. She will reap what she sows. May she come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ on this side of heaven!
“She is a gross old lady…” Please avoid such language. I do not think that if she was ethical and moral that you would write in such a manner. She is only 3 years my senior and I do not consider myself “old”; when I get there I’ll let you know ;-)
She has committed great wickedness. That is what she should be accused of, not subjected to personal slights.
Sarah, I know how you feel. These people will experience their best heaven here on earth. What has a man gained if he gains the whole world and loses his soul?? The Lake of Fire is awaiting them, unless they repent. Eternity is a very long time. Despite the fact that we both loathe her, try to continue to pray. She is a classless and gross old woman. She and Tiller have not “won” anything. They are deceived by satan into believeing that they have!!!! No amount of money would be worth an ETERNITY in the fires of hell!!!!

Sorry Al, but I think she is old….and I think shes gross not because of her physical appearance but because of her actions. Her intense devotion to abortion is gross to me. Isn’t it gross to you?
