Newman Receives Blog Award

Wichita, KS — Troy Newman has returned from Washington, D.C. after participating in a number of events marking the 37th memorial of Roe v. Wade.
Newman received an award from the American Life League in recognition of Operation Rescue’s Pro-Life Blog. The award was presented by columnist and fellow blogger Jill Stanek. Newman also spoke about the importance of using the Internet to promote the message of Life.

Newman received an award from the American Life League in recognition of Operation Rescue’s Pro-Life Blog. The award was presented by columnist and fellow blogger Jill Stanek. Newman also spoke about the importance of using the Internet to promote the message of Life.
While in the nation’s capital, Newman participated in a press conference in front of the White House with the Christian Defense Coalition with a display of one million pennies with the message that not one penny of tax money should go to fund abortions. He also spoke at a Blogs for Life conference hosted by the Family Research Council and at a second pro-life conference.
