San Bernardino, CA – A 911 recording obtained by Operation Rescue confirms that an abortion-related medical emergency took place on July 15, 2015, FPA Women’s Health abortion clinic in San Bernardino, California. Records show that a woman of unknown age was hemorrhaging vaginally.
The 911 call was placed at 9:45 a.m. A Fire Department dispatcher is heard requesting an ambulance running Code 3 from American Medical Services (AMS), a private ambulance company. Code 3 indicates that lights and sirens are needed. A Computer Aided Dispatch transcript indicated that an ambulance and fire unit were dispatched under Priority E, which is reserved for the most serious live-threatening medical conditions, such as cardiac or respiratory arrest.
The AMS representative is heard reacting negatively when she realized an abortion clinic was involved, but quickly composed herself.

Fire Dept.: It’s at the Women’s Health building in San Bernardino at 855 E. Hospitality Lane.
AMS: Okay. Family Planning — eeew. Okay.

Local pro-life activist Courtney Paige was on the scene and shot video of the incident, which she provided to Operation Rescue. It showed a white or Hispanic woman on gurney as she was loaded into the awaiting ambulance. Paige confirmed that the patient was taken to Loma Linda Hospital at approximately 10:00 a.m.
Upon returning later to the FPA Women’s Health, Paige was informed by a source at the abortion facility that the patient died at the hospital at 11:10 a.m.
So far, Operation Rescue has been unable to independently confirm the patient’s death.
“It is very difficult to uncover deceased patient’s names unless we are very fortunate or someone comes forward with the information because the abortionists work very hard to hide the fact that they just killed someone,” Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “There can be no doubt that abortion-related deaths are grossly under-reported in this country by an out-of-control Abortion Cartel that has a lot to hide.”
