Good thing we found this and not a drug addict. This blank perscription form was dumped in the trash and was easily found outside the McAllen Whole Women's Health abortion clinic.
Sonograms clearly showing pre-born babies were dumped in the trash. Some sonograms were partially shredded by the patient names could still be clearly identified.

This scrap clearly identified the patient who had visited the Whole Women's Health abortion clinic. Opertion Rescue pixelated the image to protect her privacy. This represents a violation of HIPPA.

The faucet in the only bathroom was corroded and leaky. Conditions inside the abortion clinic during the December 8, 2010 undercover visit were generally drab and dirty.
