Operation Rescue’s Tiller protest has been expanded to January 19-22
Wichita, KS — Operation Rescue is calling pro-life supporters from around the nation to converge on Wichita, KS, the Abortion Capital of the World, for a four-day event on January 19-22, focusing on late-term abortionist George R. Tiller during the 34th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision that decriminalized abortion in America.
The event, which will be known as Wichita ’07 — A Cry For Justice, was prompted by Fox News host Bill O’Reilly, who has been highly critical of Tiller over the last week’s broadcasts of The O’Reilly Factor. “There should be thousands of people protesting outside Tiller’s abortion clinic in Wichita,” O’Reilly said.
“We have received an outpouring of support for this event,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “We are very excited to be able to focus the attention of the nation on the most heinous abortionist in the country, as well as give people hope that, with their help, the tragedy of abortion will soon come to an end.”
Here is the tentative schedule of events (subject to change) for Wichita ’07- A Cry For Justice:
Friday, January 19, 2007: Operation Rescue will kick off the event with street activism at the gate of Tiller’s infamous late-term abortion mill. Operation Rescue will call upon the new Attorney General Paul Morrison to enforce Kansas laws and prosecute Tiller for illegal late-term abortions and concealment of child rape. There are plans for a special meeting at a local church in the evening.
Saturday, January 20: Since the abortion clinic is scheduled to be closed, Operation Rescue will hold A Cry for Justice Conference featuring nationally known speakers. Attendees will be encouraged and equipped to stop abortion and save innocent lives in their hometowns.
Sunday, January 21: There will be a Worship Service at the now closed Central Women’s Services abortion mill that was purchased earlier this year by Operation Rescue. At that time, there will be a Christian dedication of that building to God’s work on behalf of Life. The afternoon will be filled with outreach in keeping with Ephesians 5:11. There are also plans for a Candlelight Prayer Vigil at Tiller’s abortion mill on the eve of the 34th anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
Monday, January 22: The 34th anniversary of Roe v. Wade will be capped with a rescue outreach and a memorial service and Tiller’s mill. Other activities are to be announced.
“We also have a few surprise announcements up our sleeve,” said Newman. “By God’s grace this will be a pro-life event that could prove to be a watershed moment in our history.”
To register for this event, please send your name, address, phone number, and the number in your party to info@operationrescue.org. Information concerning travel accommodations for Wichita ’07 — A Cry For Justice will soon be posted on our web site at www.operationrescue.org.

I didn’t even know about this psychopath until recently. The mainstream media does a great job at supressing stories such as this one. Thank God for people like Bill O’Reilly who opened my eyes to George Tiller – who is not a doctor at all – but an apostate of hell in my opinion.
I will try to be there for the rally.

Are you accepting donations? I cannot attend but would be happy to make a donation to fray some of the cost if possible.
Summer of Mercy helped to restore my faith in my fellow human beings when I’d begun to think they were all given totally over to evil. May God use this event to bring blessings and hope to countless people, regardless of their ability to attend.
Yes, donations to help with the costs of this event would be very much appreciated. Anyone interested can donate by clicking the following link for a number of giving options. God bless you!

I live live jus 30 miles from Wichita and never knew nothing of it. Now that I know I will the there to help put this Baby Killer out of business.
Thanks to Bill O Reilly
I am shocked to see the response from the nation still not knowing about Tiller at the end of 2006. The liberal media has done a good job of keeping his butchery under raps.
Back in the early 90s there were some tens of thousands of prolifers over the course of a month or so that was covered to some extent. There were over 3,000 arrests as at that time blockading of abortuaries was the tactic used to stop abortions. Arrests were for such things as “tresspassing”, “blocking a public sidewalk” and such. There was 24/7 presence at Tillers. Christians were camped out on the lawns with 24 hour prayer vigils and scripture proclamation and reading. Dozens of people came to Christ during those weeks. I led two men to Christ who we later baptized in the Wichita Plaza swimming pool.
The masses left but locals continued the fight.
Then again in 2001 several hundred people came to voice concerns over the continued willful killing of preborn children. Tactics were different, mostly twice daily parade type prayer marches around the neighborhood and Kellogg. I do not think there were any prolife arrests. Perhaps some proaborts were arrested for violence. They are much like ACT UP and other radical anarchists.
The main stream media is horrible for obtaining the truth when it comes to moral and ethical challenges to this world. I personally rely on getting what is needed form other sources.
other than this website, here are a few that have cover Tiller and other news items as they happen….. many you will not see on main stream media.

I hope this helps.
Until I got a computer, I as well was never even aware of Tiller. Then I started reading up on him and was aghast at what he has been getting away with for so long.
Kudos to O’ Reilly for his exposure of this situation and let’s hope this is just the beginning of more media coverage about the atrocities being committed not only in Wichita, but everywhere else.
The thing that has me dumbfounded is that he (Tiller)is “accepted” as a member of his Lutheran Church, and even takes communion.
HOW can this BE ?????
Are donations still tax deductible?
A man on the radio last week said that we will not see revival in America until we see it in the “mirror”. So true. We who are pro-life can do our part, but we also need to reach the hearts of the men and women who are having immoral, God-forbidden sex without marriage. When their hearts are broken before God for their sins then they will not ask some child-killer to murder their baby. That change of heart will end abortion. We all must humble ourselves before God or be humbled by God. It’s each person’s eternal choice.
This is a vulger human being-[and i use the term loosley!A doctor is here to help the sick and to heal…NOT KILL This is true greed at its worst! Im a mom also. Operation rescue count me in . Tiller and others like him must be stopped! +hes an animal abuser also? Put this creep in jail!
Tiller’s sins are vulgar enough that we do not need to resort to proabortion and Nazi tactics of trying to dehumanize him.
Tiller is a full fledge human being in need of God’s mercy. Will he get it? ONLY if he repents.
Such dehumanizing tactics are abhorant to God’s followers. Or at least should be.
George Tiller commented that”ABORTIONS ARE WORTH BURNING IN HELL FOR! Sounds like he could stand a full mental health examination before being allowed into the medical field again.Maybe hes finally loosin it!
