why is tiller afforded so many special priveleges ? he can kill children, assault peaceful individuals who are simply letting women know that allowing him to kill their child isn’t their only option, and the legal system is corrupt kansas has no desire to hold him accountable for the laws he breaks.

I know you want to “play the game.” But if you want to win, then move for default judgment on the grounds that the Defendant has failed to appear. Whoever heard of hearing evidence when the party fails to appear in person (or by counsel, which is not permitted in small claims court)? Gimme a break!
