Shocking Photos Of Gosnell Murder Victims Included in Grand Jury Report

Operation Rescue is releasing the photos to show the failure of regulatory agencies to protect the public; Calls for emergency inspections of all abortion clinics and massive reforms

Philadelphia, PA – District Attorney R. Seth Williams released a 281 page Grand Jury Report today that was the basis for murder charges against abortionist Kermit Gosnell and nine of his associates. Included in that report were photos of some of Gosnell’s victims.

We are posting copies of these images so that the full truth of the horrific nature of these crimes can be understood. In the report, the Grand Jury notes that several agencies and groups became aware of what has become known as Gosnell’s “shop of horrors” but did nothing.

Just the day after the death of Karnamaya Mongar, Gosnell had applied for membership to the National Abortion Federations, whose meager guidelines Gosnell could not meet. Even though an NAF staff person spent several days in Gosnell’s abortion mill noting numerous violations, they did not think to report him to the proper authorities.

The grand jury also had a stern rebuke for regulatory organizations who looked the other way, giving their stamp of approval on his criminal practices.

These people who saw the abuses yet stood idly by, or worse, encouraged the behavior that has now shocked the nation bear some responsibility for what happened in Philadelphia. In fact, they deserve criminal prosecution just as much as Gosnell and his cohorts because their silence not only enabled the crimes, but gave tacit consent to them.

Operation Rescue calls for massive reforms in the way abortionists and abortion clinics are handled by regulatory agencies nationwide. Kermit Gosnell’s shop of horrors is certainly not the only abortion mill of this kind in operation in America.

“Operation Rescue calls for immediate emergency inspections of every abortion clinic in the nation. We have often said that if this were to ever happen, no abortion clinic would remain in operation because we have yet to discover one that adheres to all the laws that apply to them. There is no doubt that proper enforcement of the laws already in place would save the lives of women like Mrs. Mongar and babies such as the ones whose tragic images we have posted on our web site,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.

“As the 38th memorial of Roe v. Wade approaches, it is time for Americans to consider the horrors of abortion and demand that government abolish this barbaric practice forever.”

  1. Mankind has a clear choice. Follow God and His Word, or deny there is a God and reject His Word. Life is sacred, and It is God that has the authority over life and death. Execution of the innocents in the womb are murders of convenience and clearly a contradiction of God’s Word. What is this mindset that saves whales and eagle eggs but places no value in human life. Infants are murdered on the altar of sinful choices, personal selfishness, and the love of money. The conscience of America has been seared regarding this horrible brutality. I pray this conviction verdict on Gosnell will wake up the sleeping conscience of our nation. And, please, if you don’t want a pregnancy, stop it BEFORE it begins.

    even if you don’t believe in God, you should have a moral sense of right and wrong. This guy doesn’t deserve to live, or breathe you any more air that could be used by someone decent. Even though the National Media should be ashamed for not covering this story until Fox News rammed it down their throat, it was finally brought to the attention off at least some of drones that our country now consists of. what has been done to the young adult segment by our education system is nearly as big a crime. I believe this country is lost or very close to it. Fredt

    Psalms 137:8-9 Prayer/song of vengeance “0 daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us. Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.”

    Numbers 31:17 (Moses) “Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every women that hath known man by lying with him.” In other words: women that might be pregnant, which clearly is abortion for the fetus.

    Exodus 12:29 God killed, intentionally, every first-born child of every family in Egypt, simply because he was upset at the Pharaoh. And god caused the Pharaoh’s actions in the first place. Since when is it appropriate to murder children for their ruler’s forced action?

    Deuteronomy 21:18-21 “If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them: Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place; And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard. And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.”

    Maybe it’s just me, but I’m not seeing a contradiction here.

    God is Love. There can be no Love without Justice. Only God (not man) is the Judge of this world. He is your creator. No life would be here without Him, and He sets the limits of your life and you will not pass them. He has written His laws in each heart and every person alive knows that abortion is killing a person that would otherwise be alive.
    Its easy to blame God for the destruction here on Earth. Truth be told, this is a fallen world because we rebelled against Him. Before Jesus came, people were punished for their sin. Now that Jesus has come, died, and was risen, we no longer take the punishment for sin. He took that punishment for us on the cross. Lets also remember that He came to us an unplanned pregnancy to a teenage mother with very little money. Not only did He enter the world as the “least of us”, He left this world as the least of us do. Tortured and murdered when He was innocent.
    He was fully aware of the Father’s justice and wrath on us. Not because the Father was cruel, but just and true. Knowing this, Jesus willingly took our punishment and we are connected again to the Father blameless in His eyes. There will always be consequences for your sin, but no longer any punishment from God if you will believe in Him. I urge you to seek the truth and you will find it!

    For those who believe that “those babies wouldn’t have survived anyway”, I was born prematurely, I was younger than many of the babies being aborted. To all of you who support abortion, please reconsider. No matter your religious beliefs, imagine if your mother, your father, your sister or brother had been aborted. Would that not have a huge effect on your life? If you are a parent with children no are considering abortion, I would like you to think of your child asking “Where is my baby brother/sister? Can I hold him/her?” To those of you who do not yet have children, think of what you are missing, of what you are giving up. Religious beliefs and personal opinions on abortions and other touchy subjects aside, is this not wrong for a man to kill these children? He cut one child’s spinal cord. This is murder, and whether you stand for abortion or not, you should at least agree that what this man did is wrong, and stand together on common ground against blatant murder.
