Operation Rescue asks those who care about human dignity to ring the phones and let the local government know that Hodari must be held accountable for his crimes.
Detroit, MI – The pro-life activist who documented the illegal dumping of aborted babies and private patient medical records at abortion clinics operated by Alberto Hodari has been billed $1,100 by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for the removal of evidence from her property.
“Hodari doesn’t get fined a single cent!” said Dr. Monica Migliorino Miller, director of Citizens For A Pro-Life Society, who videotaped the contents of bags of trash discovered outside Hodari abortion mills and presented the evidence to the DEQ so charges could be filed against the abortionist. “I kid you not! The state had the bill charged to me for the removal of the evidence from my property! Something doesn’t seem right here.”
Hodari was ordered to retrain his staff on the procedures related to the disposal of biohazardous waste, but received no fine.
“Hodari endangers the public and totally disregards patient privacy and he gets a slap on the hand, while the one who blew the whistle gets what amounts to a fine. That is just wrong,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “We hope that those who are concerned about human dignity will ring the phone lines at the DEQ and the DA’s office. This sends the wrong message to an abortion cartel that already believes they are above the law.”
There has yet to be any action taken by the Oakland County District Attorney’s office regarding possible charges for the illegal disposing of private medical records.
In the meantime, Dr. Miller has produced and released an expanded version of the video taped evidence found in Hodari’s trash. That video can be viewed below.
Two Actions Needed:
