Wichita, KS — A group of pro-life leaders led by Operation Rescue will be at the Sedgwick County Courthouse, 535 N. Main in Wichita, KS, at 2 PM today to petition District Attorney Nola Foulston for a redress grievances related to the dismissal of criminal charges against late-term abortionist George R. Tiller. The group will ask that criminal charges against Tiller related to illegal late-term abortions be reinstated.
Operation Rescue has been informed by the Wichita Police that such an assembly could violate Kansas law.
“We cannot allow the threat of unlawful arrest to silence us from peacefully assembling with the purpose of petitioning the government for a redress of grievances,” said Rev. Pat Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition, who is participating in Operation Rescue’s Cry For Justice event.

Please keep up what you are doing. Our prayers are with all of you. Thank you.
This is America, land where you can murder babies ready to be born but you cannot peacefully assemble! except if you’re gay and want to hold a rally or a parade. when did we become enslaved to the left wing tyranny?
I guess the police have never heard of “the right of people peaceably to assemble.”
You guys better be careful… Those crooked cops have been known to get combative with UNARMED protesters, even calling out the friggin’ tanks, in some cases.
The right to assemble and redress grievances are fundamental, constitutional human rights in the U.S., not criminal wrongs.
Slaughtering innocent human beings and protecting those who do are BARBARIC WRONGS, NOT BASIC CIVIL RIGHTS!!!
Nola Foulston is a cruel, walking parody of a judge, a woman, and a human being. You know, what everyone in Tiller’s thralldom eventually becomes in their own sphere. (Some are women and though most are not judges, they certainly betray warped judgment.)
Hang in there!
