Kline will seek re-election to finish his prosecution of Planned Parenthood.
Topeka, KS – Please join Operation Rescue in support of Johnson County District Attorney Phill Kline at the Kansas Supreme Court on Thursday, June 12, 2008, at 9:00 AM, for oral arguments in the lawsuit brought by Planned Parenthood and Attorney General Steve Six against Kline, who is in the process of prosecuting Planned Parenthood on 107 criminal charges.
Kline, at the urging of a number of pro-life groups, has filed to run for re-election to the post to which he was appointed after being unseated as the State Attorney General, so he can finish the prosecution.
Planned Parenthood and AG Six are attempting to halt Kline’s prosecution by removing from him evidence that Kline obtained as Attorney General, and forwarded to the Johnson County DA’s office with the permission of Judge Richard Anderson.
“We have the greatest amount of respect for Mr. Kline, for being willing to jump into the lion’s den in order to bring an out-of-control abortion clinic to justice,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “The lawsuit against him is only a small part of the professional and personal sacrifices he has made in order to protect women and innocent pre-born children from exploitation by the illegal practices of Planned Parenthood. He deserves our support and prayers.”
Mr. Kline and OR both stand as examples to all pro-life causes everywhere to never give up and never give in even when all odds seem against you. Truth will always prevail in the end.
Truth repeated long enough and often enough will remain steadfast not only in the minds of people, but in their hearts as well, unlike the lies repeated over and over by abortion advocates.
Mr. Kline like OR are in the forefront of the “new Enlightenment” of our age by attempting to restore “reason” to its rightful place and by seeking to expose the “arbitary aristocratic institutions” like planned parenthood and “godless” judicial and political institutions (the new “state churches”) that seek to undermine morality in our society. By championing the return to the moral foundations that our political and judicial institutions were originally founded on, Mr. Kline and OR are holding these institutions accountable to their primary purpose for existing and that is to serve and protect the RIGHTs of every human at any gestational age or stage of development. God-given rights to life as stated in OUR US constitution means just that “God” given; it does say “STATE-given” rights which can be too easily and arbitarily rescinded by the state at will.
