It looks to me as if the young maternal death victim in your gallery has Down’s Syndrome. I would imagine it would have been hard to get her to cooperate, lie still, etc during such a horrible experience as an abortion. No doubt that would not deter someone like a diehard abortionist from going ahead anyway. She probably tried to get away from them and was injured in the process. They probably didn’t want any of their patients to get away from them, so they just went ahead even though she didn’t lie still. Oh well, no doubt she was considered to be euthanasia material anyway by someone who kills for a living……..All of this being my rather too-well educated opinion, of course…don’t want to get in trouble for making assertions of probability….it’s all just my belief and opinion of what might have occurred~~there’s a disclaimer for ya~~
