O’Reilly Rebounds With Hard-Hitting Exposé on Notorious Abortionist

Accuses KS Governor of protecting Tiller

New York City, NY — Fox News host Bill O’Reilly rebounded from a six-month silence to issue a scathing segment on the notorious late-term abortionist George R. Tiller that aired the evening of May 30. During the segment, O’Reilly blasted Tiller for “executing fetuses” for “vague medical reasons.”

He was equally critical of Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, who vetoed a bill that would have required Tiller to provide specific medical reasons for abortions after 21 weeks of pregnancy.

“Incredibly, Gov. Sebelius is protecting Tiller,” O’Reilly said during his broadcast. “And Gov. Sebelius is allowing him to continue the slaughter. How the governor sleeps at night is beyond me.”

O’Reilly produced a document showing that Tiller has a lengthy history of campaign contributions to Sebelius going back to 1994.

O’Reilly’s guest was Rep. Ben Hodge, who resigned a committee post in protest of the lack of action by Speaker Melvin Neufeld to bring Tiller to justice.

When asked by O’Reilly if this was a disgrace upon everyone who lives in Kansas, Rep. Hodge responded, “Yes, I think it is. I think at times in American history there will be times when branches of government fail the people and I think this is one of those times.”

“O’Reilly’s remarks underscore what our own research and work has revealed about the web of corruption that surrounds and protects Tiller,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman, who worked behind the scenes with Kansas legislators in an attempt to bring Tiller to justice.

“Because women come from every state to abort late-term babies at Tiller’s Wichita abortion mill, this is a national problem. We pray that the national exposure O’Reilly brings to this scandal will force the people of Kansas to begin taking meaningful action to clean up governmental corruption and bring Tiller to a court where he can be held accountable under the law as soon as possible,” said Newman.

One Response to “O’Reilly Rebounds With Hard-Hitting Exposé on Notorious Abortionist”

  1. just thinking Says:

Well, now, I don’t always see exactly eye to eye with O’Reilly, since hearing him remark on Terri Schiavo’s murder that someone who had weighed in on that atrocity “doesn’t have a dog in this hunt”…actually, since injustice anywhere jeopardizes it everywhere, every human alive, killed by “euthanasia”, or yet to be either, has ” a dog in that hunt”. Nonetheless, talking of hunts, it is truly a breath of fresh air, as it were, to hear O’Reilly hounding Tiller’s bloody tracks again and, in my view, getting himself back on the right track in the process. (Taking up even for some of the victims of the death industry has a way of doing that, doesn’t it?!)

I think he needs also to bring to public attention WHOSE privacy is protected by killing late-term babies for no medical reason. It isn’t just that of the woman or couple who hires him to kill the child, but that of the black market in baby parts. (To learn more about how lucrative this is for predators like Tiller, check out http://www.prolife.com/HarvestingAbortedBabies.html
It’s not about healthcare, it’s abusing his medical knowledge and license to profit from targeting and destroying innocent human life, just like the 9-11 terrorists abused their piloting skills, but without the material reward; only a false hope of heaven.

O’Reilly’s comment, “Now America is a great country, but this barbarism in Kansas diminishes us all” is exactly true; it is also reminiscent of Frederick Douglass’s observations concerning the legal slave trade in America,

“Let me say again, slavery is alike the sin and the shame of the American people; it is a blot upon the American name, and the only national reproach which need make an American hang his head in shame, in the presence of monarchical governments.
With this gigantic evil in the land, we are constantly told to look at home; if we say ought against crowned heads, we are pointed to our enslaved millions; if we talk of sending missionaries and bibles abroad, we are pointed to three millions now lying in worse than heathen darkness; if we express a word of sympathy for Kossuth and his Hungarian fugitive brethren, we are pointed to that horrible and hellish enactment, “the fugitive slave bill.”
Slavery blunts the edge of all our rebukes of tyranny abroad—the criticisms we make on other nations, only call forth ridicule, contempt, and scorn. In a word, we are a reproach and a byword to a mocking earth, and we must continue to be so made, so long as slavery continues to pollute our soil.
We have heard much of late of the virtue of patriotism, the love of country, &c., and this sentiment, so natural and so strong, has been impiously appealed to , by all the powers of human selfishness, to cherish the viper which is stinging our national life away. In its name, we have been called upon to deepen our infamy before the world, to rivet the fetter more firmly on the limbs of the enslaved, and to become utterly insensible to the voice of human woe that is wafted to us on every southern gale. We have been called upon, in its name, to desecrate our whole land by the footprints of slave-hunters, and even to engage ourselves in the horrible business of kidnapping. I, too, would invoke the spirit of patriotism; not in a narrow and restricted sense, but, I trust, with a broad and manly signification; not to cover up our national sins, but to inspire us with sincere repentance; not to hide our shame from the world’s gaze, but utterly to abolish the cause of that shame; not to explain away our gross inconsistencies as a nation, but to remove the hateful, jarring, and incongruous elements from the land; not to sustain an egregious wrong, but to unite all our energies in the grand effort to remedy that wrong.
I would invoke the spirit of patriotism, in the name of the law of the living God, natural and revealed, and in the full belief that “righteousness exalteth a nation, while sin is a reproach to any people.” “He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gains of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from the holding of bribes, he shall dwell on high, his place of defense shall be the munitions of rocks, bread shall be given him, his water shall be sure.”
We have not only heard much lately of patriotism, and of its aid being invoked on the side of slavery and injustice, but the very prosperity of this people has been called in to deafen them to the voice of duty, and to lead them onward in the pathway of sin. Thus has the blessing of God been converted into a curse. In the spirit of genuine patriotism, I warn the American people, by all that is just and honorable, BEWARE!
I warn them that, strong, proud, and prosperous though we may be, there is a power above us that can “bring down high looks’ at the breath of whose mouth our wealth may take wings; and before whom every knee shall bow;” and who can tell how soon the avenging angel may pass over our land, and the sable bondman now in chains, may become the instruments of our nation’s chastisement! Without appealing to any higher feeling, I would warn the American people, and the American government, to be wise in their day and generation. I exhort them to remember the history of other nations; and I remind them that America cannot always sit “as a queen,” in peace and repose; that prouder and stronger governments than this have been shattered by the bolts of a just God; that the time may come when those whom they now despise and hate, may be needed; when those whom they now compel by oppression [or murder by abortion…!!!] to be enemies, may be wanted as friends. What has been, may be again. There is a point beyond which human endurance cannot go. The crushed worm may yet turn under the heel of the oppressor. I warn them, then, will all solemnity, and in the name of the retributive justice, to look to their ways; for in an evil hour, those sable arms that have, for the last two centuries, been engaged in cultivating and adorning the fair fields of our country, may yet become the instruments of terror, desolation, and death, throughout our borders.
It was the sage of the Old Dominion that said—while speaking of the possibility of a conflict between slaves and slaveholders—“God has no attribute that could take sides with the oppressor in such a contest. I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, and that his justice cannot sleep forever.” Such is the warning voice of Thomas Jefferson; and every day’s experience since its utterance until now, confirms its wisdom, and commends its truth.” ( Douglass, “The Inhumanity of Slavery”, extracted from a lecture on slavery at Rochester, December 8, 1850)

There is not a thought in all the above passage that would not apply in spades to America’s induced abortion trade, the deliberate killing of babies for convenience, money, or whatever gain one may seek in the killing.

Induced abortion is truly today’s counterpart to the sordid, tyrannical, brutal and bloody trafficking in human trade known as slavery, but it is more lucrative. Not only does Tiller make 5 grand a hit, but then he makes more blackmarketing the organs of his murdered victims. Mark Crutcher hit it on the head as well when he pointed out, concerning research using stem cells from aborted babies for medical experiments, that tolerating this puts us as a nation on the level with the Nazis who killed Jews, Christians, dissidents, the handicapped, and others they simply didn’t like, and extracted the gold fillings from their teeth (as well as confiscating all their other possessions) for the enrichment those they presumed to deem worthy of life. That would be the healthy, politically correct Germans, and others who went along with the bigotry and the holocaust that was the logical end of reducing a people group to sub-human social and legal status.

This makes us, as a nation, no different from the gangster kid on the street who blows another kid away for a pair of sneakers…or just a snickers bar…or just to show that he can…

I was also interested to hear his reference to Tiller’s use of the salt poisoning method of killing children in particular. Now, there is no right way to do a wrong thing, and there is no “safe” way to murder an unborn child; all methods of induced abortion are unjust, cruel, barbaric and dangerous to the mothers involved; but just in case anyone reading this (Thanks for your patience there!) doesn’t grasp the significance of this particular method, let me point out several things concerning it that were not mentioned in this segment:

    a. this method was developed by the Nazis, though I’m not sure in which country. If anyone has that information handy, please post it here.
    b. this method replaces some of the child’s amniotic fluid with a very caustic hypersaline solution. This forces the child to breathe this solution which burns his/her internal organs like acid. It also burns the baby’s skin so severely that the outer layer is at least partially burned off. The effects, overall, are similar to those of napalm on its victims.
    c. Not long after Roe v. Wade, a group of Japanese doctors tried to warn the American medical community to ban this particular method because it had killed so many Japanese mothers, thus leading to a ban on it in Japan. This ban was never effected due to opposition from Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and other prodeath groups, so it is still legal; however, because it resulted in such an inordinate, (even for the killing industry) number of maternal deaths (read, lawsuits) and live births (aka “the dreaded complication), it was replaced with prostaglandin and other instillation substances.
That Tiller has ever used this method at all is further testimony to his indifference to the welfare of the women he exploits for his own personal gain.

I sure hope to hear more of this from O’Reilly in the future. But just as he is now, he is putting the rest of his profession to open shame. And that takes guts.

Good job, O’Reilly, Hodge & OR; KEEP IT UP!!!
