Denver, Colorado – As Michelle Obama and her entourage left their hotel this afternoon to go to the Democratic National Convention, they were confronted with huge images of aborted babies on Operation Rescue’s fleet of Truth Trucks.
The Truth Trucks are also emblazoned with the website AbortionisanObamaNation.com, which directs viewers to a web site that features a video of an actual abortion as well as documentation of Sen. Barack Obama’s radical support for abortion.
Truth Truck driver Bob Rothlisberger reports that Mrs. Obama stared at the Truth Trucks for several seconds.
“This is one of the reasons why it is so important for us to be at events like the DNC,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “Without the Truth Trucks, I doubt if we would ever get the opportunity to show Mrs. Obama the reality of what her husband’s extremist support for abortion really means, in human terms. A picture’s worth a thousand words, and she definitely got the message today.”
“It becomes a little more real when someone like Mrs. Obama sees her family name on top of photos of the bloody bodies of actual aborted babies. It is important for the Obamas to understand the very tragic consequences of their support for abortion. We pray that this encounter affects her on a very deep level and gives her more compassion for the innocent lives that are brutally and inhumanely killed by abortion,” said Newman.

How gruesome! I don’t believe God’s word support this since scripture says not to even speak of wicked acts. That said, I am opposed to all forms of abortion by choice and it is true that the Word says that the truth shall set you free. I hope that she did see the truth and not just the gruesomeness.

Your four trucks are priceless, and the fact that even Michelle Obama and her crowd had to take a good look at what abortion is, makes all your hard work worthwhile. I’d love to be out there myself but I’d probably just get in the way. It sounds as though you have a great pro-life presence. The Irish media here are very quick to highlight his Irish connections but slow to highlight his true agenda and those of the pro-abortion democrats. Those Pro-Abortion democrats claiming Irish ancestry should remember that Ireland and the Irish have stood for Faith,Family and the Nation and the majority of the people have held off having legal abortion in our country.

I’m not fond of the ugly pictures, but sadly, the ugly truth of murderous acts has been so watered down by the pro-death folks that it may be the only way.

Honestly Ive seen all the picutes and they are the gruesome reality. I wish it didnt come down to exposing them to the children to get our point across. I with those who back the murders would take some responcibility on what they do so our children can live at peace. Obama followers are just blind to what he believes, and stands for. They only follow him because they are told to, or because they think he is what they want. Maybe this will force people to look at the man behind the mask! Humm , I wonder how many abortions Michelle Obama has had……
I commend the driver for doing what he thinks is right. I am a Catholic with many children, and I don’t support abortion at all but I doubt that Michelle Obama does either. Here is the dilemma for people living in America. Many of us remember the days when abortion was illegal and who knew women who tried to do their own, or went to the neighborhood woman who did those things. No one knows how many children were aborted in the old days. It was in the shadows. My mom, who is in her 90′s remembers women who did this too and how many died. Those women made that decision for themselves too.
Even if you don’t believe in it and think it is horrible, which most human beings do, repealing Roe vs. Wade will not stop it. Every woman is responsible for her actions between her and God, and her family. She is the one who makes that decision.
What will our society do then, to those women who decide to have an abortion anyway? We must put them in jail then. It will be against the law.
This is not a flippant issue. I had all of my children because I would never have aborted them. But I also had a loving husband and supportive family.
Many many Republican politicians have only two children. How do you know their wives didn’t have abortions? Maybe they did or at least used birth control. Why do you think Michelle Obama has had one? Perhaps she wanted only two children and used birth control like even staunch Catholics do now. Because she is black?
I believe I have read that Laura Bush and Cindy McCain are pro-choice. Interesting that it is the women in the family.
All death is horrible, and most of all the death of a soul. But God gave us free will and then the Ten Commandments to live by. It is up to us to keep them.
I understand the emotion behind Operation Rescue and I hope that they will save millions of babies. But each woman should make the decision because she thinks life, made in the image of God, is too valuable to throw away. Education and help are the key.
I hope Michelle Obama got a good look at what she and her husband are endorsing. It’s so hard to have a heart of compassion toward people like them sometimes. We really need to pray for God to change them now that he is elected. Pray and then get involved!
