Operation Rescue® is one of the leading pro-life Christian activist organizations in the nation and has become the voice of the pro-life activist movement in America. Its activities are on the cutting edge of the abortion issue, taking direct action to restore legal personhood to the pre-born and stop abortion in obedience to biblical mandates.

Come on, Frank, you know that abortion and gay marriage are the sacraments of the religion of the left. Quit picking on poor old Matt. He's probably choking on his kool-aid every time you post.

Matt:

I can't help but note your complete refusal to actually answer any of the real sum of my posts. After 3 separate posts, the best you can up with is:

1. Advocating the coverup of crimes like child rape; and
2. Being sarcastic; and
3. Admitting that everything else you tried to write was obnoxious to the point of being censored. Great reasoning there.

Why don't you do your side proud and just post, "I support the full investigation of crimes like child rape in those instances where a court holds that probable cause exists that the crimes occurred." Period. Just cut & paste from mine. Once again I ask: Are you really, really OPPOSED to that position?

Matt:

Your sneering position can be paraphrased as, "no crimes were committed because my candidates won the election."

--Crimes were committed, or they weren't, but which candidates won or lost has nothing to do with that. The fact that you'd rather have the criminal investigations whitewashed by new officeholders, rather than having them explored and the targets exonerated, rather speaks volumes about your side, doesn't it?

--Besides, "your side" will simply get what it deserves. Voting for candidates who say in advance that they'll not pursue criminal investigations, regardless of what the evidence suggests, only corrupts the criminal justice system in this country. You voted for that? Shame, shame.

Hey Frank! I guess I was right, huh? - There will be no crimes found to have been committed by Dr. Tiller or anyone else in the abortion clinics of Kansas.

Frank,

As much as I'd like to reply to you, the censors on this site won't post any of my responses. Sorry our debate cannot be continued.

Matt:

"HA! I bet you all a million dollars that not one crime will be found in the whole thing."
--Once you're done being sarcastic, you might note that a Court found “probable cause” to believe the records contained evidence of crimes.

"You’re all chasing ghosts, my friends."
--No, but if the above is any indication, the authorities are intent on pursuing potential child rapists and other criminals. Are you suggesting that such an endeavour is a waste of time?

"Leave these poor women and their doctors alone."
--Um, note to Matt: You're forgetting some people in your statement. The Kansas Supreme Court has said the records must be produced "as long as the names and identifying information of the women involved were redacted." Instead, the records were subpoenaed because they contain evidence of sex crimes, rape, etc. by people, presumably other than the mothers, and evidence that "doctors" (and I use the term loosely) concealed these crimes and/or failed to report them (which seems to be concealment) despite having a legal duty to report them. So when you advocate "leaving alone" people at the heart of this controversy, what you're really advocating is a) leaving alone suspected rapists and other suspected criminals, so they can avoid investigation; and b) leaving alone those who are legally obligated to report them but who refuse to do so. Are you really, REALLY advocating that? Yes, if your post is to be believed.

I though doctors were supposed to heal, not kill. And I though they weren't supposed to conceal evidence of sex crimes, either (since the law requires reporting). That's what the law discussed above is all about, and why the records were subpoenaed, no?

Good Job!!!!

In reading the press release of AG Kline, I couldn't help but gasp at the closing statement, "The attorney general's full investigation includes more than 175 cases of live-birth records, abortions records, and DNA samples obtained through the Child Rape Protection Act."

If one of the more up to date readers could please fill me in, are they also investigating if there have been deaths (murders) of children born alive in Kansas as well as the one presently under investigation in Florida?

The email notification of this article came as I was praying the rosary and Divine Mercy chaplet, praying for Mercy in these most difficult times. I am grateful for the seemingly timely heavenly hint that indeed our prayers are being heard. Let us continue to offer our unified prayers to bring an end to this horrific crime against life.

Good job Mr. Kline, I applaud your commitment and dedication, and will keep you in my prayers!

Thank you OR for your perservence in bringing to light man's continued crimes against mankind.

God Bless and Mary keep you,
Theresa, CT
