Medical records indicate late abortions not done in compliance with the law;
Operation Rescue calls for Morrison to drop out of the AG race
Wichita, KS — Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline told news talk show host Bill O’Reilly that the medical records that were produced by two Kansas abortion clinics all indicate that later-term abortions were done for reasons other than exceptions found in Kansas law.
K.S.A. 65-6703 states that there are only two exceptions to the Kansas ban on post-viability abortion. “(1) The abortion is necessary to preserve the life of the pregnant woman; or (2) a continuation of the pregnancy will cause a substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman.”
Kline indicated that none of the abortions in the 90 medical records currently under review by his office were done for the two exceptions listed in the statue.
O’Reilly indicated that he had an “inside source” that has given documentation to The O’Reilly Factor program proving many late abortions done by Tiller and another Kansas abortion mill were done for “depression,” in violation of Kansas law.
“Now we all know that the records show what Operation Rescue has said all along, that Tiller has been doing illegal abortions on viable babies that should have been protected by the law,” said Troy Newman, Operation Rescue President.
“Kline’s opponent, Paul Morrison promised to drop the investigations of Tiller, who has dumped thousands of dollars into a stealth campaign against Kline through third party organizations,” said Newman. “In light of tonight’s revelations, that would constitute a huge conflict of interest and ethics violations if Morrison were to be elected. Considering Morrison’s compromised position with abortionists under criminal investigation and facing certain indictment, the only right thing for Morrison to do is to withdraw from the race for Attorney General.”
“The Wichita Eagle and the Kansas City Star owe Attorney General Kline a huge apology for attacking him for simply trying to uphold the laws protecting viable babies and innocent young girls from sexual predators,” said Newman. “I don’t think I have ever seen Mr. O’Reilly more animated with righteous anger than he was when talking about the insanity of the warped perception held by the Kansas media and abortion cartel, which defend Tiller, illegal late abortions, and clinics that cover for child rapists.”
Much of the information about Tiller mentioned in the program is information that can be found on the Operation Rescue web site.

1. It’s pathetic that thanks to men in black robes, we have to write a “life and health” exception into the law to being with. If she’s made it to the third trimester, even if we take the baby out of the equation entirely, the safest thing to do is get her into a fully equipped hospital an either induce or do an emergency c-section. If the pregnancy is threatening her life, they can have that baby out of her within the hour, alive and in the NICU, and have her near at hand to transfusions and anything else she might need. What possible reason could anybody have to drive right past the hospital to Tiller, who will have her spend three days in a motel with no medical supervision beyond whatever friends or relatives she brought with her?
2. I wonder if Tiller can buy his way out of this one, or if this will make him too much of a political liability for him to be worth the cash any more.
I watched O’Reilly last night and was horrified. Please get this story out to the mainstream media. Notify bloggers. Send it to the Drudge Report. This story must be told all over the country.
Thank you!
Tiller and the 2nd abortionist should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, not to make them an example, but just because they flagrantly violated the law in the name of an agenda. At the same time, people should remember this is only a tip of the iceberg and is not isolated to Kansas. It’s going on throughout the country, and those abortionists should face the same scrutiny, and prosecution, if they too are violating laws.

If there was ever a time when prayer was needed, this is the time…..we need to pray that Kline is elected and succeeds in getting Tiller and others prosecuted and that this will set a precedent for future convictions of those who protect rapists and kill the innocent unborn.
The election of Kline is pivotal in the future of the child killing business in this country. Kline needs the support of every pro-life American.
Pray fervently that he is elected and has the strength to change this situation in Kansas and that it will continue across all 50 states.
If Kline has the goods on these guys, they need to be arrested, today! Not after the election, not tomorrow, but today!
What’s the holdup?
The situation in Kansas is absolutely sickening. Those who protect and support the routine killing of babies for money show themselves to be totally lacking in any sort of human decency or conscience.
It’s not often that a true American hero arises, but Kansas Attorney General Phil Kiline fits that description better than any American living today.
George is not a doctor He is a sick murderer with a warped mind
