Time and time again ,I've noticed that "pro-life" judges and lawyers go the extra the mile, not wanting to "appear" partial to the pro-life side. By abdicating their roles, it falls into the laps of the pro-abortionists. We need more men like Judge Roy Moore, who will not back down, and are willing to be laid on the chopping block for righteousness sake. IMHO, Judge Powell should have not recused himself.
