No, there was NOTHING he could have done. It was a scare tactic. It is a cowardly move on his part to ensure that he’s the only one that knows about his botches (which, according to everything I’ve read are many, yet he claims almost none).

Also, he had a ton of documents destroyed from the clinic days before they could have been subpeonaed. Operation Rescue was right there when the truck came to do it. Boy would I have like to know what those documents were..

I think you should present this evidence to show that Tiller is doing something illegal. Another reason we need him to go to jail.

So, if you had an emergency and went to the hospital instead, would he have had you arrested for “disobeying” his form?

I am a former patient & yes,he made me sign a paper stating that I would call only him in the event of an emergency.

I had a 3rd trimester abortion at Tiller’s & yes, he did make sign a paper stating that if I had any complications, I would only call him, NO HOSPITAL. And after speaking with an attorney, I found out that not only is that illegal, but that paper is not worth the ink it’s written with. It was not & is not legally binding. It was a CYA move for him, a scare tactic because he knows what he’s doing is very dangerous & wrong.

He hasn’t been charged yet. A grand jury is just going to convene. I hope they find him responsible for neglect and stupidity.

I wish Christin’s family had taken her to the hospital instead of going back to his office. Is it true that he makes patients sign a form saying they WILL NOT go to the hospital if they have complications? Cause that should be illegal.

I will be praying hard that they find him guilty.

i am so happy that he is getting charged and i hope it puts him out of buisness for good he does not deserve to have a place were he kills inocent baby’s. ton’s of people want him to go to hell and burn for ever but the christians would want him to repent and repent hard for what all the sins he has done wee good luck guys and god bless

It’s about time this man was held accountable.

And I have no graphics program that I can figure out how to work. Please, somebody, make the sign with a picture of Christin, a picture of her killer, and the words, “Which one was legalization supposed to protect?” We need it to drive home that legalization didn’t keep Christin from being killed; it just kept her killer safe to continue to ply his deadly trade.
