We should not be discouraged……Tiller has already been indicted by the Lord God Almighty. His sentence is awaiting him, the appointment made, in the Lake of Fire. All those who have conspired with him, will be joining him. When that day comes, there will be no more back room deals, no lavish parties, no more mocking God. For all eternity, they will be gnawing with pain. The fire will never be quenched.

In the meantime, Saints should cry out to God for justice. Pray the imprecatory Psalms, that Tiller will fall into the ditch which he has done. This is our arsenal against the wicked!

This travesty of justice happened because serial killer George Tiller has a guardian angel from Hell (forgive me, St. Michael!) in the governor’s mansion: Kathleen Sebelius.

What do the good people of Kansas do next? Obviously, the judges in this case did everything in their power to see that the Grand Jury would not see all the evidence and would not have enough time to see the LITTLE evidence that they were permitted to examine. Can’t the judges and Tiller in this case be held in contempt of court for all the delays? The AG and the judges are a shame to their profession and to justice itself!

Incredible! My mom once worked as the switchboard operator of the Johnson County courthouse (in the seventies) and would have been livid to see how they’ve gone down the drain today in terms of failing in their quest for justice. When murderers like Tiller for whom Kline had MORE than enough evidence to indict and convict, yet all the man gets is a party/PEP RALLY from the DeathocRAT governor Sebelius, you KNOW it’s gone down the tubes in corruption! That’s pathetic! “Red state?” No evidence for that!

Read between the lines of the grand jury’s report. The jury was told that it couldn’t indict because of rulings by the Kansas Supreme Court. In other words, the law prevented it from indicting Tiller.

Truth: The grand jury sat as an investigative and charging body (like a prosecutor), not a judicial body (like a judge). It did not have to follow the prosecutor’s false interpretation of Kansas Supreme Court decisions.

The grand jurors didn’t know their power.

Bottom line: Until you get a prosecutor who is not pro-abortion, you are not going to get Tiller charged. The District Attorney — in this regard — is more important than President, gov., st. rep., etc.

Tiller owes Nola a free abortion for her help on this one!

Is this Sodom,or Kansas? I know that there are at least 10 righteous people here. I can not believe this total travesity of justice. Did the people of the Grand Jury wear big, red noses,floppy wigs, and huge shoes? The report submitted was certainly “clown-ish”, except it was not funny. 6 months of an investigation- and they found NO evidence to bring an indictment on ANY crime? To add insult to injury- the “mental health” of the woman is a major BODILY function- Hello? And Tiller is qualified to diagnose mental health issues, according to these people…. maybe he should start with the pathology of the Grand Jury and the bloody-handed Nola Foulston. May God Have Mercy on Their Souls! Unbelievable!
