In some States, the definition of “Capital Crime” includes the “killing (murder) of a child under the age of 18 years (or a young child)”… Purposefully protecting such a killer, especially by abuse of the powers of Public Trust, or the authority of a “doctor”, should be JUST CAUSE for equal punishment under the Law.
