Everything stays inside the "Kingdom of Kansas", and there is no one in authority (in Kansas) with the courage or fortitude to take action. Phil Kline was the last best hope, and he is out of office soon. Only once in a blue moon do details get to the national stage. It is hard to believe, especially with one of the most well-known (for his stance on "life") Senators representing Kansas. With the Governor and Attorney General (and supreme Court of Kansas) on the side of abortion, it will never get out unless one of the US Reps or Senators takes it out. There is NO local media that can affect this situation, and only a few websites have even tried. I can’t believe that they have this evidence and refuse to prosecute. Did she just give the right to every citizen in her county to run into anyone they don’t like with this ruling? I am continually shocked at the “public servants” who are corrupt and self serving. If the DA doesn't see that a crime was committed maybe she doesn't belong in the office. Since when is it their job to pick and choose whose victimization is worthy of prosectution. They are to uphold the laws already in place. This is a crime being ignored because of political affiliations and ideology. Shame on them.
