Prayer requested for latest motion to reinstate 30 criminal charges against Tiller
Here’s an editorial cartoon for your enjoyment that will never appear in The Kansas City Star or The Wichita Eagle. (Both newspaper’s editorial staffs have viciously attacked Attorney General Phill Kline’s investigations into abortion clinic wrongdoing, especially the filing of 30 criminal charges against abortionist George R. Tiller for illegal late-term abortions and reporting violations.)
The Wichita Eagle has reported that Special Prosecutor Don McKinney has filed a new motion to vacate Judge Paul W. Clark’s dismissal of the charges against Tiller. Courts reopen on Wednesday, January 3.
Please keep praying that charges will be reinstated and that this case will receive a fair and honest hearing in the courts. Also please continue to contact District Attorney Nola Foulston, Attorney General-elect Paul Morrison, and Judge Paul Clark and respectfully ask them to refrain from any further involvement in obstructing the progress of prosecuting Tiller for alleged criminal acts.

This isn’t exactly about the above article, but I believe it needs to be addressed immediately! This morning in the Kansas City Star, I read a disturbing editorial. It’s another attack on the pro-life movement by a woman who claims herself a Catholic and against abortion. I ask someone to write a rebuttal to this and send it in to the Kansas City Star. I don’t think I know quite enough to write a solid argument. Please, maybe one of the veterans of this site – possibly Bill, Mary, Jerry, or Robert – could write back. Many responses would be great! Maybe even one from Operation Rescue!
