The abortionists have already "modified" their procedures by injecting the baby's heart with dioxgin or potassium chloride. As long as the baby is already dead before the abortion, then the abortionists can continue their grisley trade, regardless of gestational age. Now if by some chance, the dreaded complication occurs of a live birth, and the baby is birthed past the navel ,then the abortionist will have violated the "ban".
